What audio-to-text does
Audio to text turns a speech or dialog recording into written text you can copy. Use it for interviews, voice notes, lectures, and drafts you would rather edit as text.
Grab Media queues the file on the server. You upload audio on the Audio to Text page, wait for processing, then read the transcript in the task result.
Steps to transcribe a recording
Open Audio to Text, or pick that mode on the home page.
Upload a speech file, or record with the microphone when your browser supports it. WAV, MP3, M4A, OGG, FLAC, and WebM are accepted. Keep the file under the upload limit.
Submit the job and watch the queue. This tool does not open checkout when no price is configured.
When status shows completed, copy the transcript from the result area.
Tips for a cleaner transcript
Clear speech with little background noise transcribes more accurately than music or overlapping voices.
If a file is rejected, export it as WAV or MP3 and upload again.
Only transcribe recordings you have the right to process, especially conversations that include other people.
