Privacy Policy

1. Information you give us

• Account. First name, last name, email, and password. Mobile number and country code are optional. The password is stored as a hash. We also store whether the email address has been verified.
• Guest use. If you generate without an account, we keep a guest identifier in your session so the jobs on that browser can be shown to you.
• Generation jobs. Prompts, tool settings (such as length, quality, and voice), and the images, video, or audio you upload. Finished files are stored so you can preview and download them.
• Payments. When a job is paid, we store the provider (PayPal or Razorpay), the payment reference, amount, currency, and the job it belongs to. Card numbers are handled by the payment provider and are not stored on Grab Media.
• Support and contact. The message you send, your email address, and any images you attach to a support ticket.

2. Information collected automatically

• A session cookie that keeps you signed in and associates jobs with your browser.
• Your theme choice (light or dark), saved in local storage on this device.
• Where the site shows a cookie notice, dismissing it is saved in local storage on this device.
• If you allow browser notifications, a device token from Firebase so we can send job updates to that browser. You can turn notifications off in the browser at any time.
• Signup and login forms use Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare receives the check result needed to tell automated signups from people.
• Server logs may include your IP address, the time of the request, and error details. Logs are kept so we can fix failures and investigate abuse.

3. How we use this information

• Create and run your job, show its progress, and let you download the result.
• Sign you in, verify your email, and send job, verification, and support mail.
• Apply the free daily allowance and take payment when a tool requires it.
• Reply to contact and support requests.
• Protect the service from abuse, failed uploads, and unauthorized use.

We do not sell personal information.

4. Uploads and generated files

Uploaded images, video, and audio, and the files we generate from them, are stored so the job can run and so you can open the result later. Do not upload files you are not allowed to process, and do not put passwords, payment details, or other people’s private information in a prompt or a file.

5. Who we share data with

We share only what is needed to run the service:

• PayPal and Razorpay, to complete a payment you start.
• Cloudflare, for the Turnstile check on signup and login.
• Google Firebase, if you allow push notifications on this browser.
• Google and its advertising partners, when ads are shown on the site.
• The email and hosting providers that deliver mail and store the site’s files.

6. Advertising and cookies

We may display ads through Google AdSense on pages that include our own editorial content. When ads are shown, Google and its advertising partners may place and read cookies, or use web beacons, IP addresses, and similar technologies to serve and measure advertisements.

You can read how Google uses data from sites or apps that use its services. To control personalized advertising from Google, visit Google Ads Settings. In the United States, industry opt-out tools are listed at aboutads.info.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, consent may be required before non-essential cookies or personalized ads are used, as described in the Google EU User Consent Policy. Where a cookie notice is shown, it links back to this policy.

7. How long we keep it

Account details stay while the account is open. Uploads and finished files stay so you can preview and download a job, then completed jobs have those files removed after a short retention window. The default window is three days from when the job was created. Payment records are kept for accounting and dispute handling. Support messages are kept while we need them to answer you. Server logs are rotated and are not kept indefinitely. You can ask us to delete an account or a job; we may keep a record where the law or an open payment dispute requires it.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect data in transit and at rest, including hashed passwords and a session cookie for signed-in use. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure. Use a strong password, and do not put secrets in prompts or uploaded files.

9. Children

Grab Media is not directed at children. Do not create an account or upload files for a child.

10. Changes

We may update this policy when our practices change. The new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
