1. The service

Grab Media queues generation jobs and returns the result on your task list. The tools are text or image to video, photos to video, text or image to image, audio to text, image to text, voice change, face change, and lipsync. The site does not download files from other websites.

Jobs can fail, take longer when the queue is busy, or produce a result that does not match the prompt. A preview on the task list is the result of that job. It is not a promise of a particular quality.

2. What you may submit

Submit only prompts and files you have the right to use and to have processed. Do not upload illegal material. Do not upload a face, a voice, or a private conversation unless you have permission from the people involved, or the material is your own.

Do not use the tools to impersonate someone, to deceive a viewer about who spoke or who appeared, or to infringe copyright or other rights. We can refuse a job, remove a result, or disable an account that breaks these terms.

3. Accounts, guests, and payment

You can run a job as a guest in the browser you are using. An account ties jobs and payments to you when you sign in. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Photos to video and audio to text are offered without a catalog price. Other tools show a price when one is configured. A remaining free allowance for the calendar day can skip checkout. When that allowance is used up, the job is not queued until payment is recorded. Card details are handled by PayPal or Razorpay and are not stored as card numbers on Grab Media.

Paying for a job pays for that job to run. It does not transfer anyone else's copyright, music rights, or personality rights to you, and it does not guarantee the worker will produce a file you want to publish.

4. How long files stay

Uploads and finished files are stored so you can preview and download the job. Completed jobs then have those files removed after a retention window. The default window is three days from when the job was created. Download anything you need before that cleanup. We do not restore a file after it has been removed.

Payment records may be kept for accounting and disputes. Account details stay while the account is open. The Privacy Policy describes the rest of what is stored.

5. Your results

You are responsible for checking a result before you publish it, and for following the rules of the place you publish it. Label altered faces, voices, and other synthetic media when that place, or the people in the clip, expect a label.

A share link for a completed job can be opened by anyone who has the address. Do not share a job you are not willing to show.
