Why Grab Media deletes completed job files after a few days, and how to keep the originals and the result.

Uploads and finished files exist so you can preview and download a job you just ran. A scheduled cleanup removes input and output files for completed jobs older than the retention window. The default window is three days from when the job was created. After that, the download link no longer has a file behind it.
Keep the photos, audio, and video on your own computer or phone before you upload them. Download the result as soon as the task shows completed if you want to keep it.
What is removed
The cleanup looks at completed jobs. It removes the stored input images, input audio, voice reference and speech files, temporary files, and the output file when those paths belong to this site and no newer job still needs the same file. A file that is still referenced by another job inside the window is left in place.
Account details and payment records are separate. Removing a media file does not delete your account or the payment row for that job.
A simple habit
Before you submit, leave the source files in the folder you uploaded them from. After the task completes, download the result and put it next to those sources, with the task id in the filename if you run the same prompt more than once. If a later job fails, you still have the inputs and do not need a copy from the server.
Do not upload your only copy of a recording and then delete it from your device while the job is queued. The worker reads the server copy, and that copy is eligible for deletion once the job is completed and the window passes.
