A practical checklist before you post a Grab Media video, image, voice clip, or transcript on another platform.

Rights
You can name the source of every upload: you made it, or you can point to permission or a license you are following. That includes the face photo, the target video, the reference voice, the speech recording, and any music on a slideshow.
The people in a face swap or lipsync clip agreed to that use, or they are you. The voice you cloned is yours or you were given permission. You are not using the clip to pretend to be someone else.
The platform you are posting to
Read that platform's rules on synthetic media, impersonation, and music. Many services require a label when a real person's likeness or voice was generated or altered. Some ban realistic face swaps of private people even when you made the source photo.
A transcript of a private conversation is still private. Do not paste it into a public post unless everyone in the recording agreed.
The file itself
Download the result from the completed task and watch or listen to it once before you upload it elsewhere. Check that the words match what you intended and that the wrong person was not changed in a group photo.
Keep your own copy. Grab Media removes completed input and output files after the retention window, which defaults to three days. The other platform will have whatever you uploaded there. This site will not.
